A tribute to true Italian tradition – the kind that smells of jome, damily, and unhurried Sundays. Grandmother’s Tagliatelle with Ragu tells the story of one of the most beloved rituals of Italian cuisine: fresh pasta made by hand, carefully rolled out the old-fashioned way, and dressed with a slow-cooked ragu – rich, deep, and simmered for hours until it released the full flavour of tradition. This dish is born from meories of kitchens of the past, where the grandmother was the heart of the home, the sauce gently bubbled on the stove, and the whole family gathered around the table, waiting for Sunday lunch. During this session, Lorenzo Tron with our parnter, chef Grabriele Franco, will present not just a dish, but an authentic Italian experience – sharing passion, memory and culture through one of the most iconic symbols of our table.
