My family’s been making pizza for three generations. First my grandpa, then my dad… and then me.

I started at 10 in our family pizzeria, when I was just a kid. I remember the warm oven, the sound of the shovels, and especially that smell of fresh pizza that just got into my soul. That’s when I knew this would be my life.

Since then, I’ve never stopped chasing this dream. With sacrifices, endless nights, flour-dusted hands, and a lot of passion, I built my identity as a modern Neapolitan pizza maker.

Today, that kid who stared mesmerized at the family pizzeria oven takes his pizza around the world, never forgetting where he started: his roots, his family, and his true love for this job.
