I’m driven by a passion for all aspects of butchery, with a strong focus on creating high quality, value added products that bring people together over great food. I’ve been a butcher for 16 years and coming from a family of butchers, the trade has been part of my life from day one. My strengths lie in value-adding, as well as display and garnishing, where I take pride in precision, creativity, and impact.

In 2022, I was honoured to be named in the All-Star Team at the World Butchers’ Challenge in Sacramento for my work in display and garnishing. I work at our family business Peter Bouchier Butchers across our two retail stores and production facility which allows me to innovate with new products and create exciting window displays to impress our customers.
