Stacey is a loyalty consultant with deep expertise in the design, implementation and evolution of loyalty programs, having advised over 50 leading brands globally.
As Loyalty Director at Loyalty & Reward Co for the past eight years, she has led a broad range of global loyalty and marketing initiatives. Her expertise spans strategic program design, loyalty psychology, member lifecycle strategy, data-driven engagement and enabling technology solutions.
Stacey brings extensive experience in hospitality, having delivered programs and advisory work for brands including McDonaldOs, KFC and El Jannah. She also led the design and launch of an award-winning, card-linked loyalty program for AVC across more than 200 pubs and clubs in Australia.
Her broader client experience includes global brands such as ASICS, Nectar, Penfolds and Rip Curl, giving her a strong cross-industry perspective on how loyalty drives commercial outcomes.
