With a career that spans the hospitality scenes of the UK, USA and Australia, Sian brings over nearly two decades of hands-on experience and genuine passion for the industry to everything she does.

For the past 12 years, Sian has been a driving force behind the growth of Edition Group — joining the business on the floor and working her way up through various roles to her current position as Operations Director. Along the way, she has played an integral role in some of Sydney and Melbourne’s most exciting hospitality milestones, including the opening of Nomad Melbourne in 2021, Reine & La Rue in 2023, and the acquisition of Florentino in 2025.

In her current role, Sian oversees the group’s financial performance, events & reservations teams and company-wide compliance — bringing structure, strategy and heart to every corner of the business.
