A self-confessed culture-first leader, he builds strong, people-focused teams and pipelines that drive both employee development and customer satisfaction.
Phil brings this unique blend of experience and high-energy approach to Blue Coral Concepts. He began in operations with the Ribs & Burgers brand and in 2022 became Head of Operations and a Director for the Five Guys Master Franchise in Australia. With a brand-led, process-driven mindset, Phil has guided Five Guys through the pandemic, fostering a customer-focused culture and a strong team ready to grow.
