Paul Wilson is Co-Founder and Director of Sales at Chomp Food Safety, bringing decades of hands-on hospitality experience, including managing large-scale operations and owning his own restaurant.
Through these experiences, Paul saw firsthand the pressure on kitchen teams and the risks that poor food safety practices pose to both operations and brand reputation. In 2015, he pioneered New ZealandOs first food safety app, Chomp, replacing outdated paper systems with digital tools that give operators visibility and enable faster responses to critical issues.
Today, Chomp operates across four countries, serving tens of thousands of users and helping hospitality businesses stay compliant, informed, and connected.
Now leading Chomp Australia, Paul has returned home after 30 years abroad and is passionate about supporting the industry and engaging with hospitality professionals.
