I have been a Butcher for 16 years and generally love everything about the trade, I really enjoy the creativity in Butchery, creating new products and recipes then providing customers with new recommendations and cooking advice. Always makes my day when a customer gives good feedback about a product or recipe that you have suggested.

Having worked across many aspects of retail butcher from country shops to high end retail. I bring a diverse range of skills to the team from carcess boning, value adding, fine string work and garnishing.

After competing in Paris 2025 I am determined to take the next step into the senior team and represent my trade and my country in 2028.
