A hospitality operations specialist, JustinOs career spans five continents and touches every corner of the industry. His time overseas included training wait staff who served the Royal Family in London, managing guest relations at a luxury island resort in the Maldives, and opening both a world-class restaurant in Barbados and a five-star resort in Montenegro.
Returning to Sydney in 2007, Justin joined The Keystone Group as part of the executive team, overseeing the restaurant portfolio and opening six of the groupOs venues. He later held senior roles, including Food & Beverage Director for QT Hotels, General Manager of MerivaleOs Establishment precinct, Director of Food & Beverage for TFE Hotels, and General Manager of Hospitality at Lion.
Today, Justin is one of the owners of House Made Hospitality, the Sydney-based group founded in 2021 that now operates 16 venues across restaurants, bars, cafs and pubs. He is also President of UpTown Sydney CBD, one of the districts within the Office of the 24-Hour Economy CommissionerOs Uptown Program, established to encourage locals to rediscover the buzzing, dynamic northern end of SydneyOs CBD.
