John McFadden

John McFadden is an accomplished chef with over 35 years of experience in the culinary industry. Beginning his career at the age of 12 quickly rising through the ranks in fine dining, hotels and catering companies. McFadden gained significant recognition in winning back to back World Seafood Champion titles in 2022 & 2023 in Dallas at the World Food Championships scoring an impressive 99.15 in the final round. He was later crowned the overall World Food Champion in 2022 and the first international to win outside of the USA. Known for his expertise and mentorship, McFadden continues to inspire aspiring chefs and contribute to the food industry as a whole. He currently works with Ecofry, offering a seamless closed loop service for all your cooking oil management needs.
