James has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. He has developed training courses for
specialty cafs and has managed training schedules across two states and one territory for
national franchise groups.
He has a passion for the coffee industry and is the Delter Press Coffee Champion 2019 and
quarter-finalist in team formats at the WorldOs Richest Barista Competition inaugural year. James
has contributed as an ASCA Judge for State Barista Championships in NSW and served as a
judge for prestigious competitions including Golden Bean. He has a passion for specialty coffee
and giving back to the industry he loves. At Paradox Coffee Roasters James has found not just a
career but a home.
