Giuseppe Minoia, General Manager and skilled cheesemaker at Vannella Cheese, continues his father Vito’s legacy. Vito, a cheesemaker for over 50 years, founded Vannella in 1983 and introduced burrata and stracciatella from Puglia to Australia in the early 2000s.
