He has worked alongside some of Australia’s top chefs and hospitality leaders, developing lasting partnerships and contributing to the success of numerous businesses across the industry.

Deeply passionate about food, he values its unique ability to connect people and cultures. Melbourne-born with Southern Italian heritage, Domenic has been married for 27 years and is a proud father of two. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, entertaining, spending time outdoors, playing tennis, and creating meaningful memories with family and friends.
