Daniel Drakopoulos is a Managing Director of SRG Hospitality, one of SydneyOs leading hospitality groups, known for operating enduring waterfront venues including Aqua Dining, Ripples Chowder Bay & Sails Lavender Bay.
With a career built from the ground up, Daniel has worked through the ranks of the business and now leads SRGOs executive team alongside his brother, Perry, and his sisters, Anastasia & Nicola, overseeing long-term strategy, portfolio growth, and operational performance across the group.
Since stepping into a leadership role, Daniel has played a key role in expanding SRGOs footprint and transforming underutilised spaces into high-performing hospitality destinations. In 2015, he spearheaded SRGOs venture into the Sydney CBD caf market, revitalising venues through a sharp focus on guest experience, quality execution, and commercial sustainability. Building on this momentum, Daniel has helped drive SRGOs diversification into the hotel market, focusing on partnering with premium hotels and hospitality precincts with strong long-term growth opportunities.
