Craig Munro is a third generation butcher that has had the opportunity the work alongside both his father and grand father in their store, Munro’s Quality Meats, located in north west Sydney.

Craig’s all round skill set had been built up over the past 25 years. Breaking, boning, trimming, slicing, sausage production and minced products are tasks performed on a daily basis within is store.

Craig’s greatest assets are his ability to adapt and adjust to changing scenarios in fast paced environments. Work and communicate with team members in high pressure situations and remove personal ego in order to prepare secondary, tertiary and bi products for sale.
