Bianca Dawson is the Chief Training & Development Officer across Australian Venue Co and New Zealand Venue Co, where she leads learning, leadership and capability development across a hospitality group of more than 250 venues.

With more than 25 years’ experience in hospitality, Bianca brings deep operational, cultural and people leadership expertise to her work. Before joining AVC, she was CEO of Sand Hill Road Group, opening and overseeing some of Australia’s most iconic venues, including ‘The Espy’, Hotel Esplanade Melbourne.

Bianca is passionate about building practical, engaging development programs that help teams and leaders grow, perform and create exceptional guest experiences.

Bianca is the founder of Her Hospo, AVC’s community dedicated to empowering, connecting and elevating women in hospitality. As a keynote speaker, panellist, facilitator and leadership coach, she focuses on practical leadership, capability building, inclusion and behavioural change.

Bianca serves as a Board Member of the Night Time Industries Association NSW, supporting a thriving, safe and diverse night-time economy.
