Ben Lipschitz is the founder and CEO of FoodByUs, AustraliaOs largest digital procurement platform for the foodservice industry. FoodByUs is Australian born and bred – founded in 2016 to help operators streamline ordering, improve price transparency, and unlock better purchasing decisions through technology.

Ben works with thousands of operators including restaurants, pubs, caterers and the aged care sector to improve procurement processes. Most recently, he guided FoodByUs’ partnership with Mecwacare to support more efficient, consistent, and compliant foodservice operations. His focus is on applying practical technology solutions that integrate into existing workflows, rather than disrupt them.

Ben brings a commercial and operational lens to digital transformation, with a particular interest in how better data, automation, and supplier connectivity can improve outcomes for both providers and residents.
