Originally from the UK, Ben is a global hospitality leader with over two decades of experience across three continents. From his early career in Michelin-starred kitchens to executive leadership of major restaurant groups, he has consistently shaped brands through innovation, clarity of vision, and operational excellence.
As Vice President of Food & Beverage for Accor Asia & Pacific, Ben leads strategy and operations across more than 1,500 restaurants and bars in 18 countries throughout Asia Pacific, including Michelin-starred restaurants in Singapore and two-hat destinations in Australia. Known for building high-performing, values-led teams, Ben is focused on redefining the role of food and beverage in hotels – creating culturally relevant, commercially successful experiences that resonate with todayOs global traveller.
