As Vice President of Food & Beverage for Accor Asia & Pacific, Ben leads strategy and operations across more than 1,500 restaurants and bars in 18 countries throughout Asia Pacific, including Michelin-starred restaurants in Singapore and two-hat destinations in Australia.
