Anna Pavoni

Anna Pavoni is the Chief Business Officer of Maestro Hospitality, where she leads the groupOs commercial strategy, brand development and growth across a portfolio of seven venues, including aOMare at Crown Sydney, Cibaria Manly at the Manly Pacific Hotel, and Cibaria Noosa at Elysium Noosa Resort.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting, Management, Latin Languages), a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (French), a Diploma of Human Resources, a Diploma of Hospitality (Sommelier), and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

With a background spanning hospitality operations, Anna plays a key role in shaping MaestroOs direction, translating creative vision into sustainable, high-performing businesses. She works closely with culinary and operational teams to ensure each venue balances a strong sense of identity with commercial success.

Known for her strategic mindset and collaborative leadership style, Anna is closely involved in new-venue development, partnerships, and brand positioning, helping Maestro Hospitality evolve while staying true to its values of quality, authenticity, and guest experience.

Beyond Maestro, Anna was a founding member and original board director of WoHo, a not-for-profit supporting womenOs career development in hospitality. She also established the Council of W.A.R (Women and Restaurants), an informal networking initiative for female restaurateurs, and is passionate about championing hospitality as a long-term, diverse career pathway.

In her spare time, Anna volunteers at her local surf club, holding a Bronze Medallion, supporting the nippers program and regularly patrolling the beach as a volunteer lifeguard.
