Amy Colli has a career that spans food, wine, restaurants, events and agritourism. She completed a Master of Gastronomic Tourism in 2019 and has worked closely with the team at Straight to the Source for many years, facilitating chef demonstrations and liaising with food, drink and primary producers.
This year marks the third year that Amy will co-curate ‘Savour The Tweed’ with chef Christine Manfield. This is part of Amy’s role in the Tweed Shire, which includes industry support for restaurants, agritourism, networking events and chef tours. This work contributed to the Tweed region being recognised as an ‘Outstanding Region’ in the delicious. Produce Awards in 2021.
