Head of Foodservice / Lantmnnen Unibake
Alicia Skurrie

Alicia Skurrie is Head of Foodservice at Lantmnnen Unibake and brings more than 30 years of experience across the foodservice industry. She began her career as a Chef before owning and operating her own successful Caf, giving her firsthand insight into the operational and commercial realities faced by hospitality operators. This background shaped her strong understanding of what drives caf performance, from cost control and labour efficiency to menu engineering and creating offers that attract and retain customers.
Her career has since expanded into foodservice distribution and manufacturing, providing Alicia with a broad perspective across the entire supply chain, from production and logistics through to the Caf counter and ultimately the consumer experience.
Today, Alicia works closely with Caf operators and distributors across Australia, focusing on practical, commercially sound solutions that help businesses grow revenue, improve efficiency and build strong food programs.
Passionate about the long-term success of the Caf sector, Alicia believes that collaboration among suppliers, distributors, and operators is key to building resilient and profitable hospitality businesses.
