Before joining El Jannah, Adam held marketing leadership roles across the hospitality sector, notably at Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group. He led a large team as Head of Marketing across multiple brands, including fine-dining venues Meat & Wine Co, 6HEAD, and Hunter & Barrel, as well as fast-casual brands Five Guys, Ribs & Burgers, and like Italian Street Kitchen.
His experience spans brand development, campaign strategy, and customer engagement across diverse dining experiences.
