Tim Kummerfeld is the founder of Foodie Coaches, a global hospitality coaching company that has supported more than 2,000 venue owners across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and beyond. 

Starting his career as an accountant and going on to found two accounting firms, Tim found his passion in supporting hard-working owners of hospitality businesses. Tim combines the real-world experience of thousands of operators with deep financial expertise.

He is known for helping owners turn struggling venues into profitable, systemised businesses by focusing on the key drivers of performance – leadership, numbers, team, and strategy. 

The businesses Tim and his team have worked with collectively represent over $3.1 billion in annual turnover and more than 36,000 staff.

Tim’s mission is simple: to help hospitality owners build businesses that are both profitable and sustainable – without burning out in the process.
