With over 20 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, spanning franchise business, start-ups and all levels of barista competitions up to the World Barista Championships as a Judge, Sam Taylor has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. 

Sam has had a lifelong passion for hospitality, which became a love and obsession for specialty coffee, crafting, brewing and tasting of each cup on a constant learning journey to chase perfection and consistency. 

As the National Manager for Coffee at Soul Origin, Sam works tirelessly to share his passion and drive for making great coffee and barista-crafted beverages accessible to people all across Australia and beyond. 

With a desire to support the growth of young and aspiring hospitality professionals, every day brings new challenges and new learnings. Sam seeks to use his experience to support better barista execution, customer interaction and business growth through coffee.
