Sicilian-born Francesco Spataro is an AVPN-certified pizzaiolo and chef with over two decades of experience in authentic Italian cuisine and STG pizza. After developing his culinary skills in Sicily and working in several regional restaurants and pizzerias, he moved to Australia in 2003. Francesco has since worked in acclaimed restaurants and pizzerias, collaborated with C.I.R.A. (Council of Italian Restaurants of Australia), and participated in festivals and food events across Sydney and Melbourne. Today, he shares his passion for food teaching cooking classes, private chef work, and food consulting.
